Tools that check your release before anyone else does
Fourteen tools that run entirely inside your browser. Your file is never uploaded, never stored and never sent anywhere. Free, with no account and no email.
Every tool, in one place
Fourteen tools. Free, no account, nothing uploaded — every one runs inside your browser.
Check your master
Drop the exact file you are about to deliver. It is read in your browser — nothing is uploaded — and measured against the specifications every delivery is judged on: integrated loudness to ITU-R BS.1770-5, 8× oversampled true peak, sample rate, bit depth, clipping, DC offset, mono compatibility.
Check your artwork
Drop your cover. Dimensions, square ratio, format, transparency, colour depth and an upscaling check — plus what it actually looks like at the size most people will see it.
Check your metadata
The codes and titles that get releases sent back. Real ISRC structure validation, a real barcode check-digit calculation, and the title and artist-name rules that cause most rejections.
What it costs over five years
The first-year price is not the price. Put in your own numbers and see what each charging model actually takes from a catalogue over five years.
Estimate streaming income
Per-stream payouts are a share of a revenue pool, not a fixed price. Set the range yourself and see the spread.
Build a split sheet
Who wrote what, who owns what, agreed in writing on the day. Both columns have to total exactly 100. Export it as a CSV or print it and sign it.
Plan your release backwards
Pick the release date and every deadline before it is calculated for you — including the editorial pitching window, the one deadline that cannot be moved.
Plan with numbers you control
Four small planning tools. Every figure comes from your own inputs — nothing here is a quote, a rate card or a promise.
Illustrative planning tools only. Rates, dates and amounts are values you set yourself — they are not payout quotes, guarantees or delivery commitments.
You have the tools. The next part is a person.
Every tool on this page is free and always will be. What they cannot do is listen to your record and decide it is worth putting behind a team. That part is an application, read by a human, and it costs nothing to send.
Apply for reviewNo account is created and nothing goes public. A person reads complete applications and replies by email.
Going deeper
Two engineering tools for when the basics already pass.
